Description
Panduit is hiring Production Operators to package, label, and carton products; start up, operate, shut down, set up, and troubleshoot basic manual, semi-automatic, and automatic assembly and production equipment; perform quality inspections; follow safety procedures; and conduct 5S waste-elimination activities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar experience, basic math and measuring-tool skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for most of the shift. The night shift runs 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., Monday through Friday, with wages starting at $19 per hour plus a 20% night-shift premium, and the position does not offer visa sponsorship.
