Description
Wyld is hiring a Production Operator Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of an automated gummy line, including start-up, production, changeovers, shutdowns, troubleshooting, repairs, quality control, sanitation, scheduling, and compliance. The role supervises Production Operators and Production Support, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and supports equipment commissioning, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least three years of production or manufacturing experience, including one year in a lead or supervisory role, plus hands-on experience operating automated equipment and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and process-control fundamentals. The position offers a yearly wage of $70,304 to $80,000, paid biweekly, along with paid holidays, PTO, VTO, 401k, and fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
