MEG 2 is hiring Production Operators for its Troy, Indiana plant. The role involves loading and unloading hazardous materials from tank trucks, box vans, railcars, and other shipping containers, along with material handling, plant housekeeping, inventory, documentation, sampling, and assistance with plant operations. The position follows a 12-hour rotating Dupont schedule with overtime every two weeks and a night-shift differential of $1 per hour, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus. No prior experience is required, but candidates must be able to read, write, complete training, perform basic math, hold a valid driver's license, pass background and drug screening, and meet physical requirements.
