Description
IPG is hiring a Production Operator Trainee in its Coating or Converting department. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and involves operating manufacturing equipment safely, efficiently, and in a quality-conscious manner to meet production goals. The position is non-exempt hourly, requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and prefers but does not require 1–3 years of prior manufacturing experience; candidates must be able to work any shift, weekends, and overtime.
