The role operates manufacturing machines to achieve high-quality production, reviews daily manufacturing functions and job orders, obtains materials and tools, ensures safe equipment operation, and recommends improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality. The employee must maintain knowledge of manufacturing processes, keep the work environment clean and organized, and report safety, equipment, tooling, or quality problems immediately. The position requires physical work involving prolonged standing and walking, lifting up to 60 pounds and moving up to 100 pounds, and occasional exposure to hazardous materials and moving machinery.
