Production/Packaging Operator needed for Lignetics Inc. in Hayward, Wisconsin for 2nd shift work. The role focuses on operating bagging and baler machinery, shrink wrapping, forklifts, pallet jacks, and related production equipment, as well as moving and wrapping finished products, completing quality-control and production reports, and maintaining a clean and safe workstation. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED preferred, prior forklift and production line experience preferred, and the ability to read scales, do simple math, and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
