CRP is hiring a Production Packer for its fast-paced shipping department. The role involves producing and packaging manufactured products, including kitting complex kits, assembling and repackaging automotive kits, sorting, labeling, taping, quality inspections, inventory movement, and reporting defective materials. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of production or combined education and work experience, basic math and communication skills, physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and compliance with safety and productivity standards.
