Description
The Production Patternmaker translates design concepts into production-ready patterns for soft dresses, blouses, and fluid silhouettes. The role covers pattern development, fit sessions, grading, construction methods, factory pattern and sample review, troubleshooting fabric and construction issues, digital pattern-library maintenance, and mentoring junior patternmakers. The position requires extensive professional patternmaking experience, expertise in draping and flat patternmaking, knowledge of soft and fluid fabrics, proficiency with digital patternmaking software, and experience working with overseas factories. The base salary is $125,000 to $150,000.
