Description
The Production Planner II manages production control and master production scheduling for the Simarano manufacturing facility, converting planned orders into firm work orders, aligning production with material and capacity availability, monitoring work order aging, and communicating supply risks. The role partners with manufacturing, procurement, R&D, and business planning teams; supports inventory optimization, budgeting, forecasting, ERP master data, and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, 3-5 years of relevant production planning or supply chain experience, and onsite availability five days per week.
