The role plans, controls, and monitors production processes; creates and optimizes production schedules; manages capacity, resources, delivery dates, and material availability; analyzes processes for continuous improvement; and coordinates with Production, Logistics, and Sales while monitoring key performance indicators. Applicants need vocational training or a degree in production, logistics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field, plus professional experience in production planning or work preparation.
