Description

BMI Merchandise is hiring a full-time Production Planner in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. The role owns the daily and weekly production schedule, extracts demand and order data from ERP and business intelligence systems, sequences production against customer due dates and available capacity, rebalances plans for material or downtime changes, publishes the plan to sales and operations, and maintains KPIs for line performance. The position requires at least three years of production planning, scheduling, materials planning, or related manufacturing experience, ERP and Excel proficiency, and regular presence in both an office and manufacturing plant environment.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, materials planning, or a closely related operations role within a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, business, industrial engineering, or a related field
Equivalent experience through military service in a planning, logistics, operations, or maintenance role
Exposure to lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other structured continuous improvement methodologies
Experience supporting or participating in a sales and operations planning process
