Description
The Production Planner develops and manages production schedules for research reagents, chemicals, and research consumables, using SAP and SAP/APO to create near- and long-term plans, maintain forecasts and inventory levels, coordinate with manufacturing, product management, sales, and customer service, and improve inventory, scrap, and margin performance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of ERP-based production planning experience, or an associate degree with 4+ years, or a high school diploma or GED with 6+ years. SAP experience, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Access, APICS, and Green Belt certifications are preferred. The full-time position offers an annual base salary of $62,500 to $83,000 and may involve travel to other sites.
