The role manages short- and long-term production schedules, work orders, materials, capacity, delivery deadlines, purchasing, logistics, and production coordination, while identifying bottlenecks and contributing to process improvements. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, relevant production-planning experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and familiarity with the metal sector or another technical production environment; ERP knowledge is advantageous.
