Description
AAR is hiring a Production Planner to plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on aircraft maintenance projects across long-, medium-, and short-range horizons. The role serves as the liaison between customers and AAR Airline Maintenance divisions, tracks aircraft maintenance milestones, standardizes planning workflows, manages schedules and budgets, prepares technician workload packages, forecasts inventory needs, and coordinates with maintenance, supply chain, and engineering teams. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking software proficiency, task prioritization, and preferably aviation maintenance planning or related operational support experience.
