AGILIOS is hiring a Production Planner / Manufacturing Controller for a client in the aerospace industry at its Backnang site. The role creates routing plans and manufacturing orders for optical subassemblies, follows up on production, resolves bottlenecks, monitors inventory and work orders, and supports continuous improvement. Candidates need relevant vocational training and several years of experience in production planning, manufacturing control, logistics, or related engineering fields, along with MS Office, SAP, and English skills. The position offers an indefinite employment contract, above-tariff wages, performance bonuses, industry allowances, and the opportunity to be taken over by the client company.
