Description
The role plans work schedules and manufacturing orders for optical assemblies, monitors production and order deadlines, resolves production bottlenecks, oversees inventory, planned orders, and capacity, drives continuous process improvement, and escalates recurring manufacturing issues. It requires an electronics or technician qualification, several years of manufacturing experience, knowledge of space-qualified assembly manufacturing, strong SAP and Excel skills, and excellent German language proficiency.
