Description
The Master Scheduler plans, schedules, and monitors manufacturing production from engineering plans through final product approval. The role coordinates materials, labor, capacity, procurement, logistics, quality control, and other departments; resolves design changes, shortages, backlogs, and schedule interruptions; maintains inventory and production performance reports; and supports production output. It requires a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, 3–5 years of production planning experience, analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office and SAP proficiency, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. The role offers an on-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid work model.
