Description
Trystar is hiring a Production Planner/Scheduler to create and manage production schedules aligned with customer demand, inventory, material availability, and production capacity. The role coordinates with sales, procurement, engineering, inventory, logistics, finance, and other operations teams; uses ERP and scheduling software; monitors production metrics; and mitigates risks such as resource constraints, machine availability, and material shortages. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of production planning or scheduling experience in manufacturing, and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
