Description
The Manufacturing Engineer plans fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations; interprets blueprints and engineering releases; recommends tooling; prepares shop work orders; and coordinates production schedules and records. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent technical training, manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to read engineering drawings. Preferred qualifications include an engineering degree, manufacturing engineering experience, cable harness and bill-of-materials experience, aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience, AutoCAD or CREO, and Lean Six Sigma. The full-time salary range is $48,200 to $89,400, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
