Description
The role plans and controls capacities, resources, and manufacturing processes for reactor and equipment construction; leads production planning and preparation; develops and aligns the team; optimizes processes; and coordinates with internal specialist departments and senior management. It requires a mechanical engineering or comparable qualification, production and people-management experience, knowledge of large welding-intensive assemblies, SAP and MES software, Lean and manufacturing measurement methods, and German and English language skills.
