RTCA is hiring a full-time, onsite Production Planning Lead in Chatsworth, California. The role independently manages complex production schedules, resolves scheduling and material constraints, coordinates priorities across production and support functions, reports planning metrics, maintains ERP/MRP data, and mentors Planning Associates. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least four years of production planning, scheduling, or production control experience in manufacturing, with aerospace or precision CNC manufacturing experience preferred. Compensation is $100,000–$110,000 annually for onsite California applicants, with possible shift differentials and other benefits.
