Bäcker Wiedemann is hiring an experienced Production Plant Manager to organize, manage, and develop its production operation. The role oversees production processes, quality, capacity planning, HACCP and food hygiene, logistics, purchasing, personnel scheduling, maintenance, and operational readiness. Candidates need relevant food or bakery training, several years of managerial production experience, knowledge of HACCP and occupational safety, people-management and labor-law experience, German language skills, and a Class B driver’s license. The position is on-site in Berlin and includes shift bonuses, bonuses, training, and other benefits.
