Description
The Process Operator/Production Preparer will operate a two-shift dessert-production process, prepare and sterilize raw materials, mix products, manage UHT and cooling systems, monitor sterile storage and critical quality parameters, record production and quality data, perform CIP and cleaning, check packaging and labeling, adjust machine parameters, organize raw-material storage, and coordinate with colleagues. The role also requires completing production documents and reporting to the production manager.
