Description
Balchem is hiring a Production / Process Operator to join its Operations team and support the production of intermediates and Vitamin K2. The role involves end-to-end production activities, raw material and product control, batch-protocol logging, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, data monitoring, safety and quality procedures, and continuous improvement. It is a shift-based position reporting to the Operations Lead and requires relevant chemical-process experience, vocational training, technical insight, and English communication skills.
