Description
The Production Process Operator maintains and services poultry-processing equipment and conveying systems, inspects and positions whole birds and parts, hangs, cuts, trims, and loads or unloads poultry parts, and prepares parts for further processing. The role follows food-safety, GMP, safety, and USDA guidelines, requires a high school diploma or GED and food-processing knowledge, and offers a primary day-shift schedule with flexibility for overtime and weekends.
