The Operator sets up and operates machines, monitors production quality and progress, resolves malfunctions, performs light technical tasks, and maintains a safe, clean, organized workplace. The role works from 06:00 to 14:00 in a ham and bacon products factory, requires at least one year of experience and Dutch language proficiency, and offers a gross monthly salary of €2,700–€3,200 for 40 hours plus holiday allowance, year-end bonus, vacation days, pension, travel reimbursement, and training opportunities.
