Description
The role supports the production manager with operational and organizational tasks, analyzes and optimizes stamping and forming processes, monitors production KPIs, contributes to investment and optimization projects, supports capacity and personnel planning, coordinates production with quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, and develops reports and Lean Management initiatives. The position requires a technical degree, preferably in mechanical or production engineering, several years of experience in stamping and forming technology, knowledge of industrial production processes, process-optimization experience, MS Office and ERP skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities.
