Description
The Production Planner develops and monitors manufacturing schedules, sequences, lead times, production instructions, and job progress; coordinates materials, procurement, subcontracted work, and customer delivery commitments; resolves schedule and workflow issues; and may train or guide others. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5–7 years of related experience, along with advanced production and process-planning knowledge, blueprint and work-order interpretation, analytical and organizational skills, and cross-functional communication.
