Second Nature Brands is hiring a Production Processing Supervisor to oversee roasting and blending operations at its Kar's Nuts facility in Madison Heights, Michigan. The role supervises and trains hourly manufacturing employees, maintains production schedules, safety, regulatory, and quality compliance, optimizes inventory and plant efficiency, resolves operational issues, and supports customer and supplier relationships. It is a full-time on-site position with a Monday-Friday schedule and weekends as needed, requiring a high school education or equivalent, four years of manufacturing supervisory experience, and Hi-Lo or forklift experience.
