Description
The Production Programmer develops, optimizes, and maintains CNC programs for laser cutting, turret punching, bending, and other fabrication equipment used in server-rack and data-centre infrastructure manufacturing. The role translates engineering drawings, 3D models, and bill-of-materials into accurate machine programs, prepares setup sheets and nesting layouts, improves material usage and cycle times, troubleshoots production issues, supports new-product introduction, and trains operators. The position requires a mechanical or manufacturing engineering diploma or degree, 2–5 years of CNC programming experience, knowledge of CNC machines and CAM software, and familiarity with G-code and fabrication processes.
