TABEL Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Production Project Manager to lead production teams at customer projects in industrial environments. The role manages staffing, deployment, capacity planning, production targets, quality, KPIs, process improvements, team development, and communication with employees, customers, and senior management. Candidates need several years of operational leadership experience, knowledge of production control and workforce planning, a Class B driver’s license, willingness to relocate across Germany, and project-related travel readiness. The position pays €4,000 to €5,000 gross per month and requires permanent on-site work at changing customer locations.
