Description
PNC is hiring a Production Quality Analyst for its Dealer Floorplan Operations organization in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role performs quality control and due diligence on loan servicing and maintenance requests, verifies complex transactions, identifies and resolves errors, supports new dealer onboarding and escalations, and contributes to process improvements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and less than one year of professional experience or equivalent education, certification, and experience. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, with possible remote work in select locations and no visa sponsorship.
