Description
The Production Quality Engineer is responsible for quality control and process monitoring during production, change management, product and process requalification, cross-functional problem solving, VDA audits, and quality improvement projects. The role also supports launch projects by developing FMEA, control plans, work instructions, inspection records, and related documentation, and by driving verification and release processes. A bachelor’s degree or above is required, while SMT experience and knowledge of quality, digital, and office tools are preferred.
