Herrmann Personaldienste GmbH is placing a temporary production worker in Bonn for a traditional industrial client. The role involves quality inspections, identifying and correcting defects, handling minor production faults, supporting manufacturing, checking work results, and following quality, safety, and occupational health regulations. The position requires practical industrial experience, basic technical skills, willingness to work three shifts, and good German language skills. Compensation is €15.00–€16.00 per hour depending on qualification and experience, with additional collective-bargaining supplements, a possible permanent contract after successful onboarding, and other employee benefits.
