Modular Power Solutions (MPS) is seeking a Manager, Production Quality to lead quality assurance and validation efforts for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems. This facility-based role involves overseeing project-specific Quality Plans, ensuring consistent implementation of quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle, and driving continuous improvement. The manager will serve as the primary quality authority on-site, collaborating with various teams and participating in audits and training.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10-12 years of quality experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial assembly environments
Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position.
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
