Description
The Production Quality Technician works on the shop floor in Quantum-Systems’ production of small unmanned aircraft systems. The role analyzes quality deviations, develops defect descriptions and inspection standards, trains production employees, supports root-cause analysis and technical solutions, and improves in-process inspections and production processes. The position requires technical vocational training, production or quality experience, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, familiarity with technical drawings and diagnostic equipment, and problem-solving skills; German and English communication are required, while UAV and aerospace affinity is preferred. The role offers flexible working hours and the option to work remotely one day per week.
