Description

Plexus is seeking a motivated individual to coordinate customer expectations with organizational objectives by developing schedules aligned with stakeholder requirements and feasibility. The role involves analyzing customer demand, creating and analyzing what-if scenarios, generating Master Production Schedules (MPS), and mitigating disruptions to production efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to resolve challenges using established policies and procedures.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2 or more years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good written and oral communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Work safely at all times and maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information.
