The Production Line Specialist operates a food manufacturing and processing assembly-line station, producing food products to schedule and quality specifications while following food safety, GMP, and food defense practices. The role monitors production, maintains a clean and sanitized work area, reports equipment or production issues, and may work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
