Description
The Production Service Engineer provides post-sales engineering and technical support for Advantest automated test, handling, and integrated ATE systems. The role manages customer accounts, troubleshoots and debugs test programs and hardware, improves production yield and equipment utilization, supports installations, relocations, repairs, upgrades, license management, factory automation integration, service contracts, and customer technical projects. It also analyzes failure data and parts usage in Excel, gives product feedback to the factory, and may require overtime and physically demanding equipment servicing.
