Clorox is hiring a Production Services Group Leader in Peru to lead regional technical initiatives within Product Supply. The role oversees technical transfers, plant qualifications, new product readiness, cost-saving projects, manufacturing troubleshooting, packaging and processing technologies, microbiological risk assessments, testing budgets, compliance, sustainability, and continuous improvement. It also leads and develops a geographically dispersed LATAM team and partners with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional groups. The position requires a science or engineering bachelor’s degree, English and Microsoft Office proficiency, and substantial manufacturing, technical services, project leadership, specialized technology, microbiology, and people leadership experience.
