Description
The role leads the NA Commercial Insurance Production Services and Site Reliability Engineering function from the engineering center in Bogota, overseeing the reliability, availability, performance, and operational maturity of critical production systems. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring SREs, embedding reliability into the software development lifecycle, managing incidents and post-mortems, defining SLAs and SLOs, implementing observability and self-healing automation, and overseeing vendor governance. The position requires 10+ years of SRE, platform engineering, or production operations experience, including 5+ years in a lead or senior individual contributor capacity, along with strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
