IPS is hiring a permanent Production Line Supervisor for its Saint Helens site to lead production line leaders and operatives across a rotating three-shift schedule covering 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, and 10pm–6am. The role supports co-packing and manufacturing operations for UK retailers and FMCG organisations, with responsibilities including team leadership, production target achievement, quality monitoring, operational efficiency, health and safety compliance, incident support, paperwork, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment, ideally in FMCG or food manufacturing, along with strong leadership, problem-solving, and manufacturing-process knowledge.
