Hood Container Corporation is hiring a 1st shift Production Shift Lead for its Allentown, Pennsylvania plant. The role oversees the efficient setup, operation, quality, scheduling, and completion of a packing or assembly line, supports line coordinators and contract workers, maintains production records, coordinates with supply and shipping, investigates missing inventory, and enforces safety and GMP procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, English-Spanish bilingual ability, basic Excel knowledge, strong communication, initiative, attendance, and willingness to work overtime or odd shifts.
