Muhr Welding GmbH is hiring a Production Shift Lead to oversee uninterrupted production flow, meet quantity, quality, and delivery targets, optimize robotic welding and manual workstations, resolve disruptions, assign and train employees, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and 5S standards. The role is based in the climate-neutral Rostock–Laage industrial park and requires technical vocational training, preferably in the metal sector, along with experience in robotic welding, manual arc welding, production KPIs, ERP systems, and Excel.
