Description
Armacell is hiring a production-focused shift leader to drive Armagel AXG product-line operations in a chemical manufacturing environment. The role coordinates daily production, manpower, machines, and materials; monitors OEE, productivity, yield, scrap, and OTIF; enforces safety, quality, SOP, EHS, and 5S requirements; supports trials and process stabilization; coordinates with maintenance, quality, supply chain, planning, and vendors; develops shift teams; and leads WCM/WAM, Kaizen, PAP, and cost-optimization projects. The position requires a diploma or engineering degree, 3–5 years of experience, shift work including nights, and familiarity with SAP or production reporting systems.
