Pilgrim’s is hiring a Production Shift Manager in Russellville, Alabama to manage and directly supervise poultry-processing production operations. The role coordinates production, maintenance, sanitation, quality, shipping, and receiving; monitors efficiency, yield, quality, and safety; sets and reviews shift objectives; trains and develops supervisors; and ensures compliance with USDA, OSHA, and company standards. The position requires at least five years of poultry or food-industry experience, including three years in a supervisory or management role, along with leadership, communication, critical-thinking, and organizational skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
