Description
The Department Manager reports to the Production Manager and leads a team responsible for meeting production-line KPIs, driving business performance, coaching staff, developing a continuous-improvement culture, managing supplier relationships, ensuring legal compliance, and recording waste, OEE, downtime, product weights, and staff efficiency. The role works five days from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., including some weekend work, and requires prior Department Manager or Shift Manager experience, large-scale production or warehouse experience, budget and cost-control experience, and strong leadership and coaching skills.
