The Production Supervisor will lead and develop a production team, coordinate shift activities and staff and machine deployment, and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards including HACCP and GMP. The role also involves resolving operational problems, reporting bottlenecks, and contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, analytical insight, production-environment experience, and strong technical and problem-solving skills.
