Description
The Production Shift Supervisor coordinates processes and supports the team during production shifts at the Neukirchen/Pleiße site. Responsibilities include overseeing production operations, coordinating team tasks, collaborating with relevant departments, and contributing to process optimization and efficient machine technology use. The role requires technical vocational training, preferably further training as a master craftsman or technician, and willingness to work in a three-shift system; plastics processing knowledge is advantageous. It is a permanent full-time position with onboarding, pension, JobRad, participation bonus, regeneration days, Ticket Plus, and employee events.
