The Production Shift Supervisor leads area managers and supervisors in production and warehouse operations, coordinates production schedules, and ensures safety, quality, hygiene, and efficiency targets are met. The role involves motivating teams, managing resources, resolving production issues, reporting escalations, and driving continuous improvement. It is based in Barleben near Magdeburg and requires vocational training, a master craftsperson qualification, or a relevant degree, plus several years of production or logistics experience and team leadership experience.
